The Embody Method focuses on three pillars: nourishment, movement and nurturing. I will guide and support you to build these into your day to day life and lead you towards your goal and the lifestyle you desire to lead.

1:1 online coaching

Ready to change your perspective around food and exercise once and for all? This is for you and I am not exaggerating when I say this will change your life.

I know every female will have different values and goals which is why we spend time getting to know each other so I can  create a bespoke plan to help get you where you want to go.  Everything is tailored to you and your needs.

It will fit around your lifestyle, your job, take into account whether you have access to a gym or want to do workouts at home. Perhaps you want to find freedom from tracking calories and experience a more intuitive way of eating. Maybe you struggle with emotional eating and want to understand why and how to help move away from that. 

With a focus on self compassion, utilising yoga and self kindness at the heart of my coaching style, you will learn how to find peace with your body whilst encouraging her to be stronger and moving away from the idea we need to shrink ourselves to feel better.

- monthly masterclass presentations around key topics such as body image, self care + rest, - weekly catch ups direct with me to unstick any road blocks,
- a monthly video call so we can connect + plan our next month
- unlimited contact with me during business hours (Mon-Fri)
